What is the process of OPC registration?

  • Step #1

    - The process is to register with OPC, the First step is that you have to fill the OPC form with your personal and professional details, then the proposed director must obtain DSC (digital signature certificate) and DIN(Director identification number) from at least 8 authorized DSC makers.

  • Step #2

    After obtaining DSC and DIN, you have to apply for the reservation of a suitable name in form No INC 1.

  • Step #3

    The third step is to register an application with the ROC.

  • Step #4

    Draft Memorandum of association (MOA) & Articles of Association (AOA) of the company must be signed by the sole member who is the subscriber to the memorandum with his details of name, address, description and occupation.

  • Step #5

    The affidavit must be submitted by the sole member and he must file the particulars of subscription with the registrar at the time of One Person Company registration. The certificate of incorporation will be approved at the end of this process.

  • Step #6

    After incorporation you need to apply for PAN & TAN and we make the application online ourselves, all you need to do is, courier the hard copies of the required documents. And the PAN and TAN will be couriered to your registered office in 2-25 working days.
